A-One Control Systems provide electrical control panels for all applications including simple Direct On Line (D.O.L.) starters, variable speed drives, soft starters, Programmable Logic Controllers (P.L.C.) / operator interfaced control systems, robotic systems, servo motors and machine vision systems. We also supply and install automatic electric gates and all access control systems.

Quality Control Panels

• All equipment DIN rail mounted
  
• Door interlocked mains isolator
  
• Cartridge type fuses or Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs).
  
• All panels fused and fitted with overloads to suit specified equipment
  
• All cables ferruled / control cables numbered to correspond with schematic drawings provided.
  
• Indicators / machine mimics on panel door as required.
  
• CE marked.

All panels are provided with schematics and kept on our records for future reference in the form of Eplan Electrical Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software circuit diagrams.
